- Open Trajectory and sign in if you are not already.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Profile.
- Tap delete account and confirm.
It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
Already uninstalled it? Ask us
Email us from the address your Trajectory account uses, so we can tell it is you, with Delete my account as the subject.
Email info.trajectoryapp@gmail.comWe delete the account and reply to confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you cannot write from that address, write from any address and tell us which one the account uses; we will ask a question or two to confirm before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
Our server's note of whether the account had Trajectory+ goes too, within a few minutes. That is everything Trajectory stores about you, so nothing is kept back.
Anything else, such as your phone's permission choices, was only ever on your phone and goes when you uninstall.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Trajectory+ subscription. Cancel that in Google Play or your Apple account settings.
If you have emailed us before, that message stays in our mail until the question is closed. Say so in your request if you want it removed too.
Uninstalling is not deleting
Uninstalling Trajectory keeps your account, so your tracked list, pinned tabs and settings are still there if you install it again or sign in on another phone. Use one of the two ways above to remove it for good.
